When you write, it helps if you tell us:
- which tool you were using (text, CV, cover letter or checker),
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead,
- the email you signed in with, if it is about your account or a payment.
Please do not send passwords or card numbers.
Quick answers
- Payments and invoices: these are handled by Paddle. Your receipt email has a link to manage or cancel a subscription, and you can do the same from your account.
- Privacy requests: to see, export or delete your data, use your account page or email us. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
